چکیده
Population movements are necessary to survive the individuals in many cases and depend on available resources, good habitat, global warming, climate change, supporting environment, other issues. This study explores spatiotemporal effect dynamics of reaction-diffusion model for two interacting populations a heterogeneous habitat. Both species assumed compete different fundamental diffusion strategies both organisms follow resource-based toward positive distribution function large variety growth functions. Depending values spatially distributed interspecific competition coefficients, is conducted cases: weak strong competition, which do not perform earlier existing literature. The stability attractors studied conditions resource carrying capacity. We investigated that case coexistence attainable, while leads competitive exclusion. an emphasis how niche impacts selection. When natural resources sharing, either or predator-prey interaction exclusion competing species. However, we concentrate situation ideal free pair achieved without imposing any additional model's parameters. effectiveness accomplished by numerical computation one space dimension cases, very important biological consideration.

Ideal free distributions when resources undergo population dynamics.
This study examines the influence of optimal patch choice by consumers on resource population dynamics and on consumer distribution in a two patch environment. The evolutionarily stable strategy which describes animal distributions across habitat patches is called the ideal free distribution (IFD) strategy. Two mechanisms that lead to the IFD are: (1) direct consumer competition such as interfe...
متن کاملDynamics of Adaptation in Spatially Heterogeneous Metapopulations
The selection pressure experienced by organisms often varies across the species range. It is hence crucial to characterise the link between environmental spatial heterogeneity and the adaptive dynamics of species or populations. We address this issue by studying the phenotypic evolution of a spatial metapopulation using an adaptive dynamics approach. The singular strategy is found to be the mea...

Heterogeneous Cell Population Dynamics: Equation-Free Uncertainty Quantification Computations
We propose a computational approach to modeling the collective dynamics of populations of coupled heterogeneous biological oscillators. In contrast to Monte Carlo simulation, this approach utilizes generalized Polynomial Chaos (gPC) to represent random properties of the population, thus reducing the dynamics of ensembles of oscillators to dynamics of their (typically significantly fewer) repres...
متن کاملGeneration of Temporally and Spatially Heterogeneous Landscapes for Models of Population Dynamics
There is an increased interest in the use of spatial explicit modelling techniques in ecological research. One of the strength of this technique is the possibility to explicitly study the effect of environmental heterogeneity on the dynamics of populations or whole communities. Most of these studies focused on aspects of spatial heterogeneity, and studies focusing on environmental change employ...
